Still, Jackson doesn’t sound surprised by Williams’ continued awards buzz.
“Of all of us, when we finished that show, she was the one who had the clearest idea about what it was that she wanted to do,” he said. “To be able to go out and achieve that is no small feat. I just think it’s wonderful.”
Josh graced the airwaves yesterday with a return visit to Geek Time! Josh talks about this season of Fringe, what’s to come and what he hopes for the characters. He also shares some info about him going to Sundance for Lay the Favorite and his love of the ‘49ers!

JOSHUA JACKSON has been a film and television star since he was 12 years old. Today, the dashing actor is telling Ellen about his sci-fi thriller TV show, “Fringe,” as well as his longtime romance with model and actress Diane Kruger.
Per TMZ.com, Josh was hospitalized on Thursday night due to a serious allergic reaction:
Joshua Jackson was rushed to the hospital Thursday night in Santa Monica … after an intense allergic reaction … Jackson’s rep tells TMZ.
No word on what caused the reaction — but he didn’t seem too worried about the situation as he casually strolled out of the hospital soon after with his girlfriend Diane Kruger by his side.
TMZ spoke with Jackson’s rep who told us, “Josh had an allergic reaction (not asthma attack)” … adding, “[He] is perfectly fine.”

Per Variety.com an exclusive announcement was made that Josh (has joined?) or is at least in serious talks to join the cast of “Lay the Favorite” which currently stars Rebecca Hall and Bruce Willis. Here is a little bit about the production:
Pic is based off the life of Beth Raymer, a professional gambler who started off as a cocktail waitress in Las Vegas but soon rose to become one of the world’s best gamblers. After falling in love, Raymer soon begins to re-evaluate her life and the profession she has chosen.
No word on what his role will be as of yet, but filming should be taking place later this year. As more information is made available, I’ll be sure to share it with all of you. This is great news!
