Well I know that a lot of Josh fans were disappointed to find that Diane didn’t have her lovely escort by her side last night. We had such high hopes that they’d grace the red carpet into the Oscar’s, but to our dismay, it wasn’t meant to be. So, what happened? No one knows for sure. But Josh did redeem himself by accompanying her to the 2010 Vanity Fair Oscar party afterward! He looked dashing in his gray tux and Diane changed into a cute red dress. I’ve updated the galleries with tons of photos of them from the event.

Also, Watch with Kristin revealed a little potential spoiler today: The producers (that’s Kevin Williamson from Dawson’s Creek!) of The Vampire Diaries are trying to get Josh to appear on their show! We’ll keep you posted if anything becomes of it.

It’s that time year again and with Josh’s “better half” Diane Kruger’s film “Inglourious Basterds” up for a Best Film & Best Supporting Actor nom, the pair are getting prepped for the the big night tonight!

Last night, they attended the Montblanc Charity Cocktail Hosted by The Weinstein Company To Benefit UNICEF & the Chanel and Charles Finch Pre-Oscar Party. I’ve updated the gallery with a few photos and will be back with other images as they become available, as well as an update tonight of them hopefully attending the Academy Award ceremony!

Josh has been given a Best Actor nomination for his work in ONE WEEK by the Genie Awards! The Genie Awards is Canada’s equivalent of the Oscars. This is a great honor and we’re thrilled for him. His co-star, Liane Balaban was also nominated for Best Actress.

In a truly stunning deep yellow dress, Diane took center stage with one of the best looking dresses of the night. Of course, she had one of the best looking escorts, her beau, Joshua Jackson!

Several news outlets, including MTV Canada have announced that Josh, along with other Canadian natives, will be conducting a telethon to raise money for Haiti which is to air before the U.S. version. We hope to get some footage of this and will share it at that time.

A star-studded lineup of Canadian celebrities is coming together in support of Haiti relief efforts. Top personalities from the Canadian music, film, television and sports worlds have signed on for CANADA FOR HAITI, a one-hour, commercial-free special produced collaboratively between CBC Television, CTV and Global Television.

Broadcasting live from CBC headquarters in Toronto, CANADA FOR HAITI’s stellar roster includes live performances from The Tragically Hip and K’naan, and features musical superstars Celine Dion, Justin Bieber, Nelly Furtado, Sarah McLachlan, Barenaked Ladies, Simple Plan, David Foster, Chantal Kreviazuk, Raine Maida and Measha Brueggergosman. Hollywood heavy hitters James Cameron, Michael J. Fox, Ryan Reynolds, William Shatner, Rachelle Lefevre, Joshua Jackson, Pamela Anderson, Jason Reitman, Eugene Levy, Norman Jewison, Tom Jackson, Will Arnett and Sandra Oh have signed on, joined by television stars Brent Butt, Hugh Dillon, Mike Holmes, Rick Mercer and Alex Trebek and humanitarian Craig Kielburger. The media just keeps pouring in from last night’s Golden Globes. My last post made below has some newly added photos of Josh & Diane working the after parties and enjoying the night’s festivities. Josh also took a moment to talk with TV Guide’s (and Dancing with the Stars judge) Carrie Ann Inaba while on the red carpet:

I’m recording a lot of entertainment shows tonight and hopefully, we’ll get more Josh goodness!

With a lot of the focus being on the devastation that hit Haiti, Josh was seen sporting a special ribbon designed to show support for those impacted by last week’s earthquake. George Clooney will be putting together a very special celebrity infused telethon on January 22nd at 8 p.m. to help raise funds to help those in need. (source) I’m not sure if Josh will be one of those lending his hand during the show, but we’ll keep our eyes opened. If you haven’t helped already and are able to, please help make a donation to the Haiti relief fund through the Red Cross, Salvation Army or other reputable charities.
